Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of LociLab, provided by Chimes In LLC. Read them alongside our Privacy notice.

Accounts and authorized use.

Use LociLab only if you can enter a binding agreement and have authority to act for any organization you represent. Provide accurate account information, protect access to your email and credentials, and manage your team’s permissions responsibly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your content stays yours.

You retain your rights to the content you upload. You give Chimes In LLC permission to store, process, display and transmit that content as needed to operate the features you use, including authorized sharing and external processing described in the Privacy notice. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

You are responsible for permission to capture, upload and share files, locations and information about other people. Respect third-party imagery licenses and the terms of services you connect.

Use the service responsibly.

Do not use LociLab for unlawful surveillance, harassment, infringement, malicious uploads, unauthorized access or attempts to bypass security or usage limits. Do not upload classified, controlled government or export-controlled information.

Review before you act.

AI results can be incomplete or wrong. Photos, timestamps and maps do not guarantee object identity, precise location or the cause of a change. Check source material and use appropriate professional judgment. LociLab is not an emergency detection, dispatch or life-safety system.

Availability and connected services.

LociLab is an evolving early-access product. Features may change or become unavailable, and uninterrupted operation or error-free results are not guaranteed. Keep copies of records you need. Third-party services have their own availability, licenses and terms.

Any paid offering will identify its price and applicable billing terms before purchase. These terms do not themselves authorize a charge.

Ending access and handling records.

You may stop using LociLab at any time and contact us about account closure. We may restrict access to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to retrieve your records. Export and deletion limits are explained in the Privacy notice.

Responsibilities and legal rights.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of AI results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A separate signed agreement may set additional terms for an organization.

Changes and contact.

Updates will appear here with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel; any consent required by law will be requested. Contact us first if you have a question or concern about the service.
