Privacy notice.

Chimes In LLC operates LociLab. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit the site or use a workspace.

What we collect and why.

• Account information: your name, email, sign-in records and team roles, to provide and protect access.
• Your workspace content: uploads, notes, locations, questions, AI results and review history, to provide capture, search, comparison and reporting features. Original files may contain embedded location or device metadata.
• Service activity: requests, device/browser and network information, errors and security logs, to operate, troubleshoot and protect the service.

Information comes from you, authorized teammates, configured integrations and your interactions with the service. Only upload information you have permission to use.

Who processes information.

Authorized teammates can access shared workspaces according to their roles. Service providers process information needed for their features:

• Cloudflare: application hosting, accounts, files, search indexes and operational logs.
• OpenAI: selected images, questions and relevant records for AI features. Saved text may be sent for background search indexing. Routine Guide routing uses application records; ambiguous searches may use AI. Provider retention depends on the service and account configuration; we do not promise zero retention.
• Meta: selected images and prompts when object-selection processing is requested.
• Resend: your email address and sign-in messages.
• U.S. Census Geocoder and OpenStreetMap: entered addresses for requested lookups, or coordinates and browser requests when you load a map.
• Earth Search and Sentinel storage: requested satellite search areas, dates and filters, and scene retrieval requests.
• Your connected services: selected content sent through configured ServiceNow or webhook workflows.

Information may be processed outside your state or country. A customer-selected storage region is not currently offered. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect the service and people’s rights or safety.

Cookies and AI controls.

We use sign-in cookies and essential browser storage for service operation. The application does not include advertising trackers or sell personal information. It does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Organization administrators can block new AI reasoning, search indexing and Meta image-processing requests in Data controls. These controls apply to that organization’s shared environments, not separate personal workspaces. Turning processing off does not recall requests already sent or delete previous results, indexes or provider copies.

Retention, export and deletion.

Workspace content remains available until removed or handled through a data request. Account, security and history records may remain as needed to operate the service, address disputes or meet legal obligations. There is no customer-configurable retention period or fixed backup-purge deadline in the current release.

You can export workspace records and download original files separately. File deletion removes the original and preview, but linked notes, source metadata, hashes and review history can remain. Deletion cannot recall downloads or deliveries to connected services.

Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or account closure. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to portability, restriction, objection or a complaint to a privacy regulator. We may verify your identity and workspace authority before responding. There is no automated full-account erasure control today.

Children and changes to this notice.

LociLab is intended for adults managing places and projects, not children under 13. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information so we can address it.

We will post updates here with a new effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially changing how information is used.
